About us
The Laboratory of Behavioural Neurobiology...
...was an interdisciplinary research institute using behavioural, neurochemical, physiological, neuroanatomical, molecular and cellular techniques to investigate the functioning of the brain in animal models of psychiatric and neurological disease states. We were specialize in the development of behavioural procedures that can detect abnormal cognitive, motor and emotional expressions of brain pathology.
The Laboratory of Behavioural Neurobiology closed on the 31st of March 2011.

This laboratory produces a respectable number of publications in renown scientific journals: Since 2001, we have published an average of around 21 research papers a year.
